Need a hand? Email info@hadyah.com and we'll get back to you. Tell us the email address on your account and, if it's about a specific collaboration, the brand or creator name — it saves a round trip.
Common questions
My follower count looks wrong or says "not verified yet"
We pull follower and engagement numbers from your connected accounts automatically, and refresh them every 30 days. A newly added handle can take a few minutes to resolve. If it still looks wrong, open Social accounts and tap Refresh stats now. Numbers you can't verify yourself aren't counted toward the participation floor.
Brands can't find me
Open Social accounts — the checklist at the top shows exactly what's still missing. You need a connected account, a chosen category, agreement to the response rule, and 10,000 verified followers.
I missed a request
Creators have 48 hours to respond to a request. Missing that window repeatedly (3 times) makes a profile inactive. You can reactivate from Pricing once you can respond reliably. Turning on notifications is the easiest way to avoid it.
When do I get paid?
Every request tells you whether the brand's payment is already set aside. If it isn't yet, we take it the moment you accept — and if their card is refused, the collaboration doesn't start. Once you deliver and the brand approves, the money is released to your Stripe payout account, after a 5-day window for either side to raise a problem.
I want to delete my account
In the app: Profile → Account & security → Delete account. On the web, see data deletion. This removes your account and associated data permanently.
Reporting a problem with a collaboration
If content wasn't delivered as agreed, or a delivery was rejected unfairly, open the collaboration and use the dispute option within 5 days of delivery. We review both sides before releasing or refunding the payment.
Reporting content or someone's behaviour
Every creator profile and every message can be reported. On a profile, use Report this profile at the bottom of the page; in the app, tap the flag on a profile or the ⋯ menu in a conversation. Pick a reason, add anything we should know, and send it — reports are private and are never shown to the person you reported.
You can also block someone from the ⋯ menu in a conversation. Blocking is mutual and immediate: neither of you can message the other afterwards, and you can undo it from the same menu.
A person reviews every report. Content that breaks our rules is removed and accounts that break them repeatedly are disabled. If something needs attention faster than that, email hello@hadyah.com and say what happened — we read that address every day.
