Data Deletion

You can delete your Hadyah account and the data associated with it at any time. This page explains how, including data obtained when you connect a Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, or other social account.

1. Disconnect a connected social account

If you connected a social account (e.g. Instagram), you can remove it and the statistics we retrieved through it at any time: sign in, go to your creator dashboard, open Connect, and choose Remove next to that account. We delete the access token and the stored metrics for that platform.

2. Delete your entire account and all data

To permanently delete your Hadyah account and all associated data (profile, connected-account data, collaboration history), email info@hadyah.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We verify the request and permanently delete your data, typically within 30 days.

3. What we delete

• Your profile (name, bio, photo, contact, terms).
• Any connected social-account tokens and the public statistics retrieved through them.
• Your collaboration and request history.

We may retain a minimal record where required by law (for example, transaction records needed for tax or accounting), kept only as long as legally required.
